The warranty period for your truck mixer truck, issued by IMER-L&T İş Makinaları A.Ş., is valid for the first two years or for the duration of 45,000 m³ of concrete usage, whichever occurs first.
To maintain warranty coverage, all maintenance and repairs must be performed only by authorized IMER-L&T Group service centers. Any work performed outside of authorized service centers will void the product’s warranty. During the warranty period, the customer may inspect the drum and “T” cover integrity annually, and this is subject to approval by IMER-L&T or our authorized dealers.
In the event of a malfunction, repair time may be added to the warranty period. However, for the warranty to remain valid, maintenance and repairs must be performed promptly and by authorized service centers. Additional warranty service is not available for truck mixer trucks used for commercial purposes (rental, heavy-duty use, etc.).
Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under the warranty:

Electrical components of the products and wear and tear resulting from normal use.

Faulty repair or maintenance operations carried out by unauthorized service providers.

Incorrect installation/assembly performed by unauthorized persons and any parts replaced as a result of such procedures.

Use of non-original, insufficient, or unsuitable spare parts, as well as any modifications made by the user or third parties.

Neglect, misuse, or improper use of the products.

Consequential or indirect damages resulting from technical failures.
Warranty Service Request
In the event of a request for service under warranty, IMER-L&T may request that the replaced parts or components be sent to the local service center or IMER-L&T facilities, at the claimant’s expense, in order to assess the validity of the reported issue.
If it is determined that the product is defective or that there is a manufacturing-related quality issue, the matter will be evaluated within the scope of the warranty.
