The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) grants personal data subjects, defined as data subjects, the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data.
This Personal Data Subject Application Form has been prepared to ensure that applications submitted by personal data subjects to the data controller, İmer-L&T İş Makinaları Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), regarding these rights, in accordance with Article 11 of the Law, can be effectively and comprehensively evaluated and resolved.

Methods of Application
You may submit your requests regarding the implementation of the Law to our Company, acting as the data controller, by personally applying to “Erenler OSB Mah. 13. Sok. Imer Apt. No: 23 Merkez, Aksaray” with a signed copy of this Personal Data Subject Application Form.
You may submit this Personal Data Subject Application Form to our Company’s email address at ik@imer-lt.com.tr, via your registered email address (KEP), or by using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously notified to the data controller by the relevant person and registered in the data controller’s system.
Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. However, if the process requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
