MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES

DAILY MAINTENANCE 8 HOURS

  • Check the gear unit oil level.
  • Check the oil cooler oil level.
  • Check the oil cooler fan operation.
  • Grease the tank ring.

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE 40 HOURS

  • Make sure there are no oil leaks from the hydraulic coupling.
  • Lubricate any shafts that require lubrication and check the tightness of the flanges.
  • Grease all lubrication points.

FIRST MAINTENANCE 200 HOURS

  • Change the reducer oil.
  • Change the hydraulic oil and filter.
  • Check the reducer oil and hydraulic system oil levels.
  • Clean the oil cooler cooling channels.
  • Ensure there are no oil leaks from the hydraulic coupling.
  • Grease the drum ring.
  • Change the reducer oil.
  • Change the hydraulic oil and filter.
  • Check the reducer oil and hydraulic system oil levels.
  • Clean the oil cooler cooling channels.

  • Clean the cooling channels of the oil cooler.
  • Check and lubricate the throttle control spiral and lever control box.
  • Check the water filter.
  • Check the tightness of all fastening screws.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE 2000 HOURS

  • Change the reducer oil.
  • Replace the hydraulic oil and filter.
  • Check that the drum pulleys are aligned with the drum ring.
