Imer L&T

İMER Management believes that all accidents are preventable and is aware that this goal will be achieved through a commitment to continuous self-improvement and Zero Accident Policies.
All of our employees are expected to comply with occupational health and safety requirements and to protect the environment, property, and assets while conducting their operations. This expectation extends to all İMER employees involved in the İMER production process, as well as to joint venture partners, employer personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
İMER’s policy is to provide a safe environment for its employees, subcontractors, and visitors by implementing preventive measures and eliminating potential hazards in all production processes. İMER and its employees are committed to complying with and implementing all applicable Occupational Health and Safety legal requirements and ethical codes in the countries in which they operate. Occupational Health and Safety is a priority throughout all phases of production, starting with engineering work. To implement this policy, İMER officials prepare a concrete, comprehensive, and effective OHS Management Plan.

The basis for achieving this goal is:

  • It is the presence of a workforce and management that is well-informed, motivated, and committed to achieving the Zero Accident Goal.
  • It embraces the philosophy that time allocated to the safe performance of all tasks and tasks is indispensable.
  • It fulfills the need to preserve and protect the environment, or improve it.
  • It is the presence of a workforce and management that are sensitive, aware, responsible, and preventative about all hazards.
  • In implementing the OHS management plan, all employees are responsible for taking all necessary precautions within their authority. This responsibility includes eliminating all hazards or reporting potential hazards to their supervisors, and actively participating in and supporting the implementation of all occupational safety measures.
